Refund policy

*PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. 

At Hijab Expedition we want you to be satisfied with our products. If you want to return or exchange an item you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase as long as it is unworn, unwashed and free of any stains and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment or a store gift card, whichever customer prefers. With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. There will be a $3 return fee to cover the cost of restocking the merchandise.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchange.

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

-When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.

-We are not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

-Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to back to our facility.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hijabexpedition.com If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged or defected items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
